FEES

Effective from 06/01/2025

General practice clinics across the country are being forced to increase their fees due to insufficient Medicare funding, which has failed to keep up with rising healthcare costs. The Australian Medical Association fee for a standard consultation is now $108, a significant jump from the Medicare rebate of just $42.85. This gap highlights the ongoing strain on both patients and healthcare providers, as clinics struggle to maintain high-quality care amidst financial pressures. Without substantial Medicare reforms, access to affordable primary care may continue to decline. Due to rising costs and inadequate Medicare funding, we've had to make the difficult decision to increase our fees. From 06/01/2025, the fee for a standard consultation will be $100, reflecting the ongoing challenges in maintaining high-quality care. While we understand this may impact some patients, this change is necessary to ensure we can continue providing the level of service you deserve. Thank you for your understanding.

New fee structure applies to all patients including pension and concession card holders. This fee list is a summary of common items, for a comprehensive fee list please contact reception. Additional fees apply for procedures, and other services not listed
